Porlwi by Nature

The light installation illustrates the stages of photosynthesis, the mechanism by which plants absorb sunlight, a chemical energy, to synthesise organic matter, thus producing the oxygen we breathe.

Dynamic technology is integrated into the hillside of the Citadelle to create an hypnotic journey in which the festival-goer moves and progresses from one stage to another, from the roots of the plant to the Cosmos, from the animal to the vegetable and from the infinitely small to the infinitely large.

The festival attracted more than 300 000 visitors over 5 evenings of light, music and art shows.
